Images not loading
There is a technical issue currently where sometimes the images don't load correctly and will be black. Retry or refresh the image viewer and it's likely to work. If you are viewing it in the mobile app, go back to the studies list and attempt to view the images again. If on a web browser, press F5 to reload the page. Sorry for the inconvenience while we fix this issue.
Missing recent results
- Images will be available 1-2 days after your scan was taken.
- Reports will be available after 1-2 days.
Please see your referring doctor before viewing the report online, they receive the report 1-2 days after your scan.
Missing older results
Are you sure the scan was taken at Canberra Obstetrics?
Scans taken over 5 years ago may not be available anymore.
